Rudy's response show's he's ready for the Big Chair:
"It sounds like I hit at least a triple," Giuliani told radio host Sean Hannity. "I was trying for a home run, but I think I got at least a triple - meaning I have got the three leading Democratic candidates attacking me."

Rudy just told the Clintons: "I am NOT intimidated by you, and I am NOT backing down. Welcome to New York!"

Be Seeing You,

Chris

“Most Democrats ARE patriotic....it’s just that they’re patriotic to the idea of what they want America to be”

Well, perhaps. In that sense, however, the Germans were patriotic in 1941, and the Russians were patriots during the cold war, and most of Europe and the Middle East are patriotic nowadays.

I think, actually, that most democrats are just confused. However, their leadership, and those who pull the strings of their leadership, are not even slightly patriotic. They are traitors and rogues. And they should be called so on a daily basis for it is easily demonstrated in everything they say and do.

Absolutely right. He “hates abortion” but does not want to stop it. Almost sounds like Clinton’s “safe but rare.”

“Rudy Giuliani yesterday after the GOP front-runner sparked an uproar by declaring America would be more vulnerable to a terror attack with a Democrat in the White House.”

At least he is taking the fight to them unlike other Republicans with no spines or balls.

Former Sen. John Edwards and the Democratic National Committee also joined in on the anti-Rudy romp, accusing him of politicizing the war on terror in a daylong brawl.

f-ing hypocrits. Those SOB's politicize EVERYTHING. I am sick of them hiding behind that lie. Democrats deserve to be ripped a new one for the crap they are pulling.

GOP candidates should ideally make their points by seeing who can mount the best attacks on Dem positions, instead of sniping at each other. Good for Rudy! I much prefer Fred right now, but Rudy’s off to a good start

Amen.

Lets stop allowing the Democrats a free pass on Defense, since they have shown that they are incapable of taking the terrorist threat seriously and as a result, Americans were killed.

And I have no questions about their patriotism-they have none, they hate America and the goodness it represents.

Most Democrats ARE patriotic....it's just that they're patriotic to the idea of what they want America to be

Lovely, but I don't to be killed in the process. If you're a voting Democrat, you are giving tacit support to the defeatist policies of your party. I know first-hand that Dem voters ARE hurting the troops. I give the ones I know a choice - they're either unpatriotic or very stupid.

“section9”
Better lower that by one. Section 8 is much more appropriate.

Shame he didn't add that the Gestapo tactics of the Clinton administration didn't stop terrorist attacks either.

Such a comment would be counter-productive at minimum. You and I might know and understand the point you raise but it's old news, water under the bridge etc. to the sheeple. And the media would portray anybody who made such a claim as the devil incarnate.

The Clinton machine would roar like the furnaces of H-e-double toothpicks. Such a comment, no matter how true or factual, would backfire on any candidate that made such a claim at this point in time.

I do not support Rudy.

But I do agree with what he said.

I agreed with it way back when Rush said it too.

Democrats can not be allowed to take the White House!

Rudy takes the fight to the dims and makes them look bad. Something that no other candidate at this time does.

Definition: Patriotism-to love's one country and to be zealous for it'

Now, does the Democratic Party meet that definition?

Republicans better wake up the fact that the Democrats are unconcerned about this nation, they are only concerned about their own power.

Book Description
“Liberals’ loyalty to the United States is off-limits as a subject of political debate. Why is the relative patriotism of the two parties the only issue that is out of bounds for rational discussion?”

In a stunning follow-up to her number one bestseller Slander, leading conservative pundit Ann Coulter contends that liberals have been wrong on every foreign policy issue, from the fight against Communism at home and abroad, the Nixon and the Clinton presidencies, and the struggle with the Soviet empire right up to today’s war on terrorism. “Liberals have a preternatural gift for always striking a position on the side of treason,” says Coulter. “Everyone says liberals love America, too. No, they don’t.” From Truman to Kennedy to Carter to Clinton, America has contained, appeased, and retreated, often sacrificing America’s best interests and security. With the fate of the world in the balance, liberals should leave the defense of the nation to conservatives.

Reexamining the sixty-year history of the Cold War and beyond—including the career of Senator Joseph McCarthy, the Whittaker Chambers–Alger Hiss affair, Ronald Reagan’s challenge to Mikhail Gorbachev to “tear down this wall,” the Gulf War, and our present war on terrorism—Coulter reveals how liberals have been horribly wrong in all their political analyses and policy prescriptions. McCarthy, exonerated by the Venona Papers if not before, was basically right about Soviet agents working for the U.S. government. Hiss turned out to be a high-ranking Soviet spy (who consulted Roosevelt at Yalta). Reagan, ridiculed throughout his presidency, ended up winning the Cold War. And George W. Bush, also an object of ridicule, has performed exceptionally in responding to America’s newest threats at home and abroad.

I am still waiting for the MSM to ask one of these dolts how surrendering Iraq to AQ and/or Iran is beneficial to our national security....

I mean really, this is an obvious question given their "new direction"....

Given the latest AQ atrocities and statements emanating FROM IRAQ this would appear to be a natural question worth asking....

I know, I know....I won't hold my breath waiting for the MSM to do their job....after all they have an election to win for he DNC in 2008....

Whether you hate him or like him it sure is refreshing to see someone on the right point out the obvious....and not be afraid to do so...

At least he is taking the fight to them unlike other Republicans with no spines or balls.

Rep. Duncan Hunter called Wednesday for Sen. Harry Reid to resign his post as Senate majority leader over remarks that the senator made last week that the war in Iraq "is lost" if the United States continues on its current policy.

"In my opinion Sen. Reid, having made that statement, which can only have a demoralizing effect on our troops and an effect of encouragement of the adversary, I think it would be appropriate for Sen. Reid to resign his position as the leader of the United States Senate,"
