NOTE FROM DFU - Let me save you the effort. Hillary will never be wearing an orange jumpsuit. The Clintons are above the law. That doesn't mean, however, that she cannot be damaged with the truth. We hope that is what the documentary and the court case will do. Maybe the other candidates will finally realize they have an issue. Maybe a mainstream media journalist will finally decide to try to win a Pulitizer by doing some real investigative reporting. Hillary will be under oath. That should be fun. With the extensive evidence and home video footage, "I don't recall" is going to be a litte more difficult this time.

HILLARYGATE EXCLUSIVE: See Smoking-Gun Video Implicating Hillary in Campaign Finance Fraud

TheVanguard.org has obtained video footage proving that Hillary raised dirty money in her 2000 Senate race and lied to authorities to conceal it. Her words on the newly-released video prove Hillary’s complicity in a criminal conspiracy to launder campaign funds and defraud the Federal Elections Commission. In theory, at least, Senator Clinton could face several consecutive five-year sentences in federal prison for her actions in this single four-minute video.

The video depicts a July 17, 2000 meeting in Peter Franklin Paul’s office at the LA headquarters of Stan Lee Media (SLM). At the meeting, Mr. Paul and his associates plan a star-studded Hollywood gala to raise money for Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate run. First Lady Hillary Clinton oversees and coordinates the meeting via speakerphone.

To the casual observer, it all sounds quite innocent. However, the fundraiser under discussion is illegal, violating a number of campaign finance laws.

First and foremost, Peter Paul agreed to fund the gala, contrary to federal law. He will eventually pay some $2 million out of his own pocket to produce the event. Since the event is a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton’s Senate run, Mr. Paul’s $2 million expenditures are effectively contributions to Hillary’s campaign.

The problem is that federal law forbids Hillary to accept a $2 million contribution to her campaign. She may accept no contribution over $2,000. Beyond Peter Paul’s contribution, every celebrity who performs at the gala is, in effect, making an “in-kind” donation — that is, a donation in the form of goods and services — equivalent to the cash value of that celebrity’s performance.

In the video, Hillary makes clear that she has played a role in “selling” Cher on the idea of performing at the gala. She has thus taken upon herself the role of soliciting a direct contribution to her campaign, and a rather considerable one.

Hillary also makes clear in the video that she is coordinating the fundraiser with her campaign, through her operative Kelly Craighead — yet another violation of federal law.

Present at the meeting are SLM partners Stan Lee and Peter Franklin Paul (who remains off camera, because he is shooting the video), Aaron Tonken and Alana Stewart.

Among the critical items in the video is that Hillary makes it clear that the gala is for her --- not for a joint fundraising committee. She makes her involvement clear and the involvement of her agent Kelly Craighead. The appreciative Hillary has a change of attitude three days after the gala. Peter who? She is the one who wanted Gary Smith as the producer of the concert.

Title 2 section 437 of the U.S. federal elections code states:

“Any person who knowingly and willfully commits a violation of any provision of this act which involves the making, receiving, or reporting of any contribution, donation, or expenditure aggregating $25,000 or more during a calendar year shall be fined under Title 18, or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.”

Hillary absolutely knew all of the in-kind money and in-kind services were reportable as hard money. That is why she reported the photography services from her friend, famous NY photographer Annie Liebovitz. The Hollywood gala did not benefit the joint fundraising committee -— it was specifically a fundraiser for her.

Hillary will never see a day in jail because:
1) She's a Dhimmocrat
2) Her lemmings wouldn't care if she sold nuclear secrets to Al-Qaeda
3) The Tired Old Media would blame Bush/Cheney
4) The GOP is simply scared of her and wants to be her friend
5) She plays the Victim card way too effectively.

Sorry to jump on you. We don’t disagree. The Clintons have always been above the law. But that doesn’t mean we just quit trying.

The statute of limitations probably has run regarding their reporting. Hillary has a problem. She still made fraudulent reporting as late as January 2006. It is a continuing crime.

The FEC Counsel General’s report of Sept. 2005 indicated that they didn’t have evidence of Hillary wrongdoing. Unfortunately, evidence was hidden from them. A US attorney is going to be outed for this and has some explaining to do. Noel Hillman is going to have some explaining to do. He should have charged Hillary and Andrew Grossman as well as David Rosen. He is the same guy who let Sandy Berger off the hook and got a federal judgeship as a reward. Hillman is apparently about to be named to the Alito seat in NJ. Confirmation hearings will not be a slam dunk for him despite the fact that he is approved by both of the NJ dem senators -— Lautenberg and Menendez. Something sure stinks here.

Doug, why are these guys getting passes from Republican appointed President?

Berger should be in Federal Prison for 20-to-life. He was basically given a speeding ticket.

Why are prosecutors letting this stuff go? It’s as if the Clintons have secret files on everyone in Washington and are blackmailing them all.
