ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Buffalo, NY (AP) - A Yemen newspaper is reporting that Jaber Elbaneh — the fugitive associate of the so-called Lackawanna Six — is in custody in Yemen.

Elbaneh is wanted in Buffalo on a charge of providing material support to al-Qaida by attending a training camp in Afghanistan in 2001.”
