The NY Times hates Rudy - hated him when he was mayor and hates him still. They are the perfect news source for the Rudy haters. Rudy slapped their butts silly when he was mayor and he will do it again.

The other thing, of course, is that the NYT absolutely dispises Texas and everything in it. If it had been a NY law firm, they would not have even brought up the subject.
