I heard Gen. Mixon’s statements and he also said that the troops needed for one province is on the way after discussions. The surge is still not at 100% and it has been very clear that Diyala province would be after Baghdad is secure.

Then Diyala will never get extra troops because the suicide bombers coming into Baghdad are being equipped and sent from Diyala.

We need to start building tribal ERUs in Diyala.
