It’s an Indian soup. A friend of ours makes it from
scratch, but hubby found the canned version, which is
easier. It has shredded pork and a tomatoey base. Sounds awful, but it’s not bad...especially if you already like hominy. :D
It sounds pretty good...but not the way I thought it would be.
I figured it would be more chowdery.
