Yeah - you and who? For God’s sake, the courts managed to tie up Prop 187. You think you’re going to get laws passed - and enforced - evicting illegals and the like?
The only way to get rid of them would be through dictatorial means. Literally. I mean a “state of emergency”, courts suspended in certian cases, and all of the rest of it.
If you’re not prepared to resort to such measures (and I think that it’s fair to say that most people aren’t, desirable as they might be in some sense), then all of this whining makes no sense at all.
That is an awesome idea! I know the courts have tried up all sorts of local initiatives to restrict services to illegals. Given that we are literal under attack, as wave after wave of illegals assaults the boarder, I don't think it is beyond the realm of possibility for a state of emergency to be declared.
I fear at this rate we may end up with another Mexican-American war.

False dichotomy.
#1) Let’s just deport every criminal alien, ie, every alien who commits a crime. That’s over 100,000 deportations right there.
#2) Let’s just get it so that the border is *secure*, with a decent fence barrier that cuts crossings from millions per year to just tens of thousands.... then use the border patrol to keep it secure.
#3) Let’s make it so employers can have a *real* verification system’ change the law that kennedy wrote that makes it a crime for employers to recheck on this after they hire someone.
#4) Then run a social security check on the million+ numbers that a dupes or bogus and send a letter to the employer.
#5) Make sure that w eare not giving social services to illegal aliens.
Do all that and you will start to drain the swamp. It’s not draconian and would not cost more than we spend today.
