So he agrees with an early American scholar on a thing or two and he is a booster?

Lysander Spooner is not "an early American scholar" - he was an anarchist looney who achieved his greatest prominence for writings he published after the Civil War.

Would you call Emma Goldman an "early American scholar" too?

And this isn't "a thing or two" - he is agreeing with Spooner that a central pillar of the Constitution's structure should be hijacked.

Spooner's ideas on juries occupy a central place in his anti-Constitution philosophy - they are not an unrelated tangent to his larger project.

I like Germany’s autobahns.

A Ron Paul supporter who is a fan of one of the most intrusive government-funded public works projects in Western history?

So am I a Hitler supporter?

For liking autobahns? Hardly.

But if you were a supporter of central tenets of Hitler's racial and political philosophy then you would be.

As a supporter of Spooner's attempted subversion of the US Supreme Court, Ron Paul is a champion of Spooner's ideas.

Sorry, not seeing it. Could you come up with some more specific examples? Ron Paul is anti-slavery also...so I guess he has that in common with Spooner.

The autobahn was "one of the most intrusive government-funded public works projects in Western history?"
