Spooner’s views are very much consistent with the Founders.

None of the Founders were anarchists.

Just where in the hell do you think that whole “We the People” came from?

It didn't come from anarchism or hell, but from natural law.

The individual was to be Sovereign, not subject.

The Founders did not imagine themselves to be setting up a system in which each individual was an absolute sovereign unto himself.

They were pro-individual Liberty. Something you seem to be fighting against.
