You can try to blame this on Harry Reid and the Dems all you want, but it is Bush and the GOP that are championing this bill.
Jeff, the President now schedules votes in the Senate? When did that happen? Sure Bush wants a bill, but he wants a lot of stuff. Harry runs the Senate.
The majority of Republicans in the Senate, in the end, won`t try to push the bill to the floor, trust me. Why would they want to?
