Hillary, Eavesdropper?

Hillary, Eavesdropper? Big Mama is Listening! Kf has obtained a copy of page 93 of the unreleased Gerth-Van Natta Hillary Clinton book, which describes how, during the '92 campaign, Hillary herself

"listened to a secretly recorded audiotape of a phone conversation of Clinton critics plotting their next attack. The tape contained discussions of another woman who might surface with allegations about an affair with Bill. Bill's supporters monitored frequencies used by cell phones, and the tape was made during one of those monitoring sessions."

Hmm. Phone-monitoring was a key investigative method of what notorious California-based Clinton-friendly private eye and problem solver? Just asking! ... P.S.: I'm not talking about Jack Palladino, who is explicitly mentioned in the footnotes as working for the Clinton team and would not have to be described as a "supporter." But of course, it could still be him, or any other "supporter." (Nor is it clear if the phones were being monitored in Arkansas or D.C..) ... I don't know how common cell-phone-monitoring was in 1992. ... P.P.S.: Wasn't there a character in Joe Klein's Primary Colors who did this sort of thing? ... P.P.P.S.: Isn't it not so legal? ... See also this exegesis of the elements of a violation of 18 U.S.C. 2511 (1) (a). I'm not an expert, but it looks like a potential minefield for Hilla

Is it difficult to extradite FROM the DR to the US to face criminal charges? I wouldn’t be surprised if the xlintons were planning their escape route from the US to avoid jail time or terrorist attacks.

Some days a person really has to wonder what the Hell really went on at Mena and how far reaching was it?

Cell phone interception falls under the auspices of the Electronic Communication Privacy Act of 1986.

AFAIK, interception of cell comms are a violation. Taping them might run afoul of other statues.

FWIW, the ECPA is a law of dubious merit. The previous law governing radio interception simply said you were free to listen to whatever non-encrypted radio signals you wanted to, as long as you didn't divulge the content to others or use it for your own financial gain or illegal purpose (?) (except for commercial broadcast content, such as AM/FM radio and TV).

But be that as it may; the ECPA was the prevailing law, and if in 1992 somebody taped private cell-phone conversations and gave them to Hillary to listen to, she, as a former partner in the infamous Rose law firm, should have known the tapes were the product of a violation of federal law.

And even absent the ECPA of '86, it is still a violation to tape a private radio transmitted phone conversation and play it to anyone else (violates the "divulging content to others" restriction of the Communications Act of 1934, AFAIK).

While the act of listening to the tape per se may not violate the various Communications Acts, there is still the question of whether in so doing, Hillary becomes an accomplice after the fact, and to the extent she knew about the interceptions and taping before hand, may even be guilty of conspiracy to violate the various communications acts.

In short, this is a very interesting revelation, and may be a serious source of problems for Her Royal Highness's campaign to become Emperess of America.

All these books are doing is exposing the dirt for Hillary. She can now say: "That has been talked about, and is old news. Lets move on."

When you read these books, remember most are doing a favor to Hillary.

I heard a local (?) talk show yesterday and a lady called Hillary’s campaign office and said since she wanted a “sharing society” not an “ownership society”, when was her week to stay in the new digs? The spokesperson for Hellary was too flabbergasted to answer.

That California-based PI who was notorious for eavesdropping is Anthony Pellicano, one-time "private detective to the stars." It is commonly known that the Clintons used Pellicano's services in the past. Pellicano has also been convicted of illegal weapons possession.

Your story from Slate re Her Thighness' involvement in illegal wiretapping and/or eavesdropping is no big surprise. Nonetheless, it's an eery reminder of where the country is headed if we were unfortunate enough to have her back in the White House.

BTW, Rush Limbaugh mentioned something about this HRC-eavesdropping story on his radio show today.

Actually, it was Anthony Pellicano who is the answer to the question posed in the Slate story. Pellicano and Palladino are sometimes confused.

Think what Patrick Fitzgerald could have done...

I don't know what Fitzgerald could have done but I do know what Fitzgerald would have done: nothing!

Obviously, Fitzie is the type of 'Rat prosecutor who invents crimes on which to indict and convict Republicans and would turn a blind eye to blatant crimes actually committed by prominent Democrats. And there's no Democrat more immune to prosecution than Bubba and Tubba.

“It shows again, and again that the Clinton’s are above the law. Where is the outrage?”

NOWHERE....
Committing crimes-while-Democrat is no longer a crime in America.

And the Gay Mafia that runs today’s media isn’t going to out her, HELL, CNN’s “Independent” pollster is paying to fly Hillary around on Luxury Jets!!!

MIDI - THAT’S AMORE — http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/3331/logan/midi/

Hillary hired him to shut up Bill’s women, Pellicano
Were there threats, oh, you bet...’cause you should never test Pellicano

He would break Sally Perdue’s legs even if she begged
Only fools don’t believe it
If you had Clinton evidence he would hop your fence
He’d go in and retrieve it

Hillary hired him to shut up Bill’s women, Pellicano
When you mess with the Clintons, there is not a rule that applies
If you’re posing a threat, you’ll be facing him mano a ma-ano
He had worked for the mob and did Hillary’s job, Pellicano

Hillary hired him to shut up Bill’s women, Pellicano
Because power’s her goal, she had sold out her soul, indeed

If you’re posing a threat, you’ll be facing him mano a ma-ano
He had worked for the mob and did Hillary’s job, Pellicano

Pellicano...Pellicano

Talk about a delusional paranoid clintonoid. Mrs. Bill had to have over 900 FBI Files of her political opponents. Had her dear loving husband's bimbo's followed and harrassed. Now this.

How appalling. This woman, if she really is a woman, (actually, I think she is a clone of Stalin) lusts for the presidency and then she can have all the data she could ever desire to have in her grasping greasy paws.

For a woman who says that Bush betrayed her on the Iraq war, and of course Bill does it all the time but he really detrayed her about Monica, as if that were his first dalliance beyond the marriage bed and cigar, I really wonder if she is lying about that since she seems to have her claws into everything.
