I know they used photo enhancement of the video at target...but wow, the enhancement didn’t give me a very good impression on what I thought he would look like. Too bad the videos had to be black and white.

I was thinking the same thing, but if you know the person...it's probably easier to say "yeah, that's the guy." He also had a distinctive walk. Kinda flat-footed, feet pointing outwards....like a duck.
