We try to make all of our enemies out to be Hitlers. Germany was a massive state with the most advanced military on earth. They had a huge economy that could support such a war Machine.

None of those factors apply to the Islamos.

Not to rain on your parade, but if you think that Germany had the “most powerful military” on earth after the Great War, you really do not have a clue of which you speak. The Treaty of Versailles reduced the capacity to basically nil, no large aircraft, no ships to speak of and I could go on. Look it up. Their economy going into the 1920s was a wreck with inflation so bad they were changing the value of hard currency with pen and ink after printing.

This was brought on by the vengencre of France and others, to the Victor goes the spoils. This environment made a very proud people desperate for the return of German nationalism and strength and anyone who could bring that on was going to win out over the democratic government at the time... If this is a sample of your facts used to boost Ron Paul, well...
