Paris banged up ... again (Prisoner Riot Feared over Hilton Special Treatment)
The Sun ^ | 6-9-07 | EMILY SMITH

PETRIFIED PARIS HILTON mouthed “I love you” to her parents last night — before being carted off to face a hostile reception in prison.....[snip]

[snip]Prisoner number 9818783 was put back in her special cell — isolated from other inmates — amid fears the angry lags could RIOT over her special treatment.

Wardens even ordered a lockdown as prisoners — who think Paris pretended to be sick to con doctors — threatened a revolt.

An insider at the prison in Lynwood, California, said: “The women inside the jail are seething. They say if you’re a rich white girl you get special treatment.

“They are furious that while Paris had her own special cell with a panic button, was given better food and was kept away from the general population, she was still released early.

“There are girls in here with cancer, TB, and with MRSA. They aren’t allowed to go home and are treated by prison medical staff.

“The prisoners think if you’re rich and pretend you’re sick you can get away with murder.

“Many of the girls have been locked down in their cells all day because they are so furious. The jail is full of screams about Paris.

“Prison bosses fear this could simmer over into violence.”

Ex-inmate Lisa Caprie said she suffered a nervous breakdown inside but was kept there.

She said: “We heard Paris was treated like the Queen of England. It’s not fair. My husband fought to get me out when I had a breakdown but they didn’t listen.”

And Elana Lamb, set free with an ankle tag, said Paris made a nuisance of herself by repeatedly pressing a medical alert button.

Lamb, 38, said: “She was just whining, complaining she was cold and hungry.”............."

She has people read her mail? Well there goes reading books to pass the time.

I don’t even think she knows how to make rules, much less abide by them. Lord only knows her true IQ or mental age at this point. A smart little bitch would keep her affairs discreet, not save receipts or prescription bottles, and doff her cap and tug her forelock in front of the almighty judge. She would also not drive, because she would have enough firing brain cells to understand the terms of her probation!

Joe Kennedy knew how to handle kids who didn’t measure up. He had Rosemary lobotomized after she was caught sneaking out of the convent school at night. She lived in a convent in Illinois or Indiana, drooling on herself until several years ago, when the Lord called her home.

“If something were to happen to Paris Hilton in the jail, the lawsuit against the state would be enormous.

I am certain the governator has his fingers in this. The state corrections code does have specific guidelines for the incarceration of famous and notorious convicts.”

Ok, but that doesn’t make it right or sensible. I’m not sure if you’re agreeing with it or what. Personally, I don’t think it should matter if the person being harmed is Paris Hilton or an unknown thug - all should be treated and protected equally. That being said, I wouldn’t feel bad for Paris if something did happen to her - I certainly didn’t when Jeffrey Dahmer had his incident. Not that they’re on the same level, but of all the people I feel sympathy for, they are pretty far down on the list. My God, let’s keep some perspective here!

Dude, I don’t care for any of these celebrities, I really don’t. Or for the entire celebrity culture. Don’t watch it, don’t pay no attention to it, nothing. That said, I must say that being cute is enough to declare a female innocent of any crime and that goes for this one, the cutest of ‘em all.

Dude, I just filled out an online application for a conjugal visit with Paris! Off to the drugstore to get some rubbers - any recommended brands?

How about the kind that fit over your hands, and keep you from typing?

Really? That’s weird. I heard that snitches got shanked, beat up, or whatever can be done to them. I’ve lived in some bad neighborhoods. I sold Avon to some gals who were in for mostly drug, check kiting, DV offenses. Funny thing was, they were the first to pay me for the little orders they placed. The rich women(I don’t discriminate-it’s business)were more trouble with bouncing checks, not being home, etc. Can’t say if jail saved the gals who did time. Drugs are the worst. You need more than jail to kick a drug habit.

Brrr, what you said about the really dangerous ones brought Hannibal Lector to mind. Yechhhh!

From what I understand, Bush could have pardoned Libby. I’m not sure who would be responsible for prosecuting Sandy Berger(burglar). Either way, it stinks....

Putting someone who has no respect for the law under house arrest does no good, as they will abide by that order as well as they do other laws.<<<<<<<<<

LOL, years ago I supervised felons on electronic monitoring. I would get paged in the middle of the night if they left their designated space, and we’d have to go hunt them down (no GPS back then). One night we went out on a call and I decided to check on another person nearby who was also on monitoring. He practically had a line around the block of folks buying drugs/guns from his house. On his way to jail, he noted that he’d never realized how cool it was to work from home, much more relaxing than making deliveries.

I've had a few friends do time.

They had or have different personalities.

That said, from what they told me, going after certain people or types of people, does get you a name and respect. Normal people might keep their mouths shut, but some might want to attack a rich and famous person just to keep from getting any crap from other folks (I haven't even bothered to talk about the gangbangers because its known they always want a name).

One of my buddies who is a prison guard told me he hated celebrity (celebrity being defined as anyone in the media, not necessarily an actor or something like that) prisoners because everybody wants to kill them or attack them so they can be a name for themselves.

Funny story, he was also one of the guards on the scene when Colin Ferguson beat the living hell out of Joel Rifkin......the two of them had an arguement about who was the worst killer.

Depressing when you think about it....also Ferguson won.

She is in the “celebrity wing” and has received very special treatment. I think she just can’t take doing what ever the F she wants anytime she wants OR the drug with drawl is too much for her. Geraldo had some girl on last night claiming to be Paris’s best friend and telling us all what a wonderful loving human she is. I about puked.

Where she is now, she is only allowed visitors on Sundays and Tuesdays.

I wonder if she is the one that told the lawyer to NOT appeal or if her parents did. At any rate, somebody finally wised up. Maybe the lawyer told her that if they appealed, it could get worse.

Just read on x17.com that she’s supposed to go back to Lynwood after her stint in the medical facility. but the sheriff doesn’t want to take her back due to security concerns. Seems the other inmates are pretty p!ssed because they had to give up their cell phones, ipods, etc, lest someone take her photo. FGS, what the??? At any rate, appears her mental problems were due to the medical facility’s refusal to add any more drugs to her system in case of a negative reaction. Fox is back on the story now.

Last fall, Hilton pleaded no contest to reckless driving after failing a sobriety test. Subsequently, she was stopped twice driving with a suspended license, ending up back in Sauer’s courtroom. Despite being reincarcerated, she could still be released early. Inmates are given a day off their terms for every four days of good behavior, and her days in home detention counted as custody days. It appeared that yesterday would count as her sixth day.

There is also an active poll there.

Do you feel sorry for Paris Hilton?
8% Yes
80% No
2% Not sure
10% Don’t care
Total Votes: 1,802
