The simple fact of the matter is if she were NOT famous her lawyer and the prosecutor would of plea bargained this case and she would of spent little or no time in jail.
She got a plea bargain. She got probation, loss of driver’s license, and she had to take an alcohol education course (since she obviously know how to drink, presumably about the downsides thereof). She violated her probation repeatedly, didn’t show up for the course. She’s continued to drive drunk, with the possibility of injuring or killing someone, with her license revoked. She refuses to actually take the light punishment that she was handed, now she gets something more severe.
