I’m still with the wheat and rye. But the Beams and Daniels of this World leave me cold (and that’s being PC!). There’s far more enjoyable Bourbon out there than those two. One simply has to look.

We all have our tastes. And I hope we enjoy the benefits of those tastes, as long as they’re within our beliefs and lawful. But it’s Bourbon for me, only not the simple kind.

Ah, a fine California grape - picked by someone doing a job Americans won’t do. Not me, I’ll go back to drinking San Miguel and Asahi.
