Duke Lacrosse Prosecutor Disbarred
District Attorney Mike Nifong will be disbarred for his disastrous prosecution of three Duke University lacrosse players falsely accused of rape, a disciplinary committee decided Saturday.
Those demonstrating characters who rushed to judgment should be forced to apologize in public - on t.v.
Why isn’t this SOB going to jail? That’s where he was trying to place these kids he knew were innocent.
I wouldn’t want to be Mike’s pockets when they get through with them.
In all practical terms, this is a non-issue. The FBI rape statistics for 2005 show something like 36,000 reported rapes of black women, and less than ten of those were not positively identified as a black man.
BTW this is my rebuttal to people who try to call me a racist. YES, I tell them, I DID assume it hadn't actually happened, just because of the race factor! Because it never actually does!
The best thing Nifong can do at this point is join the French Foreign Legion under the nom de guerre “Sac d’Engrais” and hope his friends and neighbors forget he ever existed.
Don’t forget that the Amiraults also were probably Nifonged, per Dorothy Rabinowitz’s columns in the Wall Street Journal. There is strong evidence that Janet Reno’s office Nifonged Grant Snowden when she was Dade County district attorney.
Nifong was a Durham DA, not a Raleigh DA.
