Freepers are 'up' on the News and political spectrum. We understand what she is saying and the sarcasm and comparisons she spouts.
But..
The vast majority of folks in the Country don't follow politics or in depth News.
They see her comments and cringe, completely oblivious to what or why she says it.

I love Ann but sometimes she makes me cringe.
