This is a good example of how things get distorted. I’ve heard this from several sources in the region. The story is true up until the part where the child is baked and presumably eaten. In these cases AQ will sit the family down and then bring out the oldest child, usually a male and slice his throat in front of his family if they don’t “convert” If they do convert the child is then conscripted anyway.
It doesn’t sound distorted compared to the history known of tribal war crimes.

I have read something like this allegation before, some months ago.
If I remember right, the boy was trussed as for roasting and his mouth stuffed, but not killed, yet.
