I love this mans brain. And when he shows up on my doorstep to claim me, I’m running off with him. :)

Sowells random thoughts are more piercing and coherent than the average liberal's focused thoughts.

“we no longer even have the courage to talk straight.”
Truth. Who keeps their politically incorrect thoughts to themselves at work or in family situations? I know I do.
My employer posts notices about their pro-affirmative action policies. If I disagree publicly, there would be repercussions.

Me too. My favorite of his was “My computer’s operating system is so old, they don’t even write viruses for it anymore.” LOL

Folks, Don't forget that it is committed and done that courtesy of a small band of Freepers, Dr. Sowell's column about Duke will be published AT Duke, in the special, 25 July issue of
The Chronicle, which it also sent home to all parents. We'll keep you posted, and generate such press as we can.

"Many people who have never run one business for one day are nevertheless confident that they know corporate CEOs are not worth as much as they are paid.'
That may well be, but it offers no justification for Home Depot's firing of a CEO, the giving him a monster goodbye package.

Jeez, I didn’t think it was possible, for Sowell to rise any higher in my estimation. You just proved me wrong.
