It’s not circumcision, it’s castration.

Neither term is accurate. It is certainly not circumcision. It is mutilation, but it doesn't render the girl sterile or incapable of sex. Therefore castration is not any more accurate than circumcision.

Good point, but it’s castration in that it renders a woman incapable of enjoying sex. She is reduced to a baby machine and matress cover.

Sadly I believe the technical/medically correct term is clitorectomy ie the surgical removal of the clitoris from the female body . It is a barbaric practice that must be publicized & condemned . Or in simple plain English this is something we can use against the mohammedans.
