ERIE, Pa. — A pizza deliveryman who robbed a bank and was killed when the bomb around his neck exploded wasn't a hostage — he was a conspirator in the plot, federal authorities said Wednesday.
The deliveryman, Brian Wells, 46, had told police before the bomb exploded in August 2003 that he was an innocent victim and had been forced by gunmen to rob the bank.
However, in the indictments unsealed Wednesday, Wells is named as a co-conspirator. Two other people, Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong and her friend Kenneth E. Barnes, are charged with bank robbery, conspiracy and a firearms count.

Suicide is murder of the self. It is contrary to the love of God, self, family, friends and neighbors (CCC 2281). It is of especially grave nature, if it is intended to set an example for others to follow.
It is the judgment of God that will measure the gravity or responsibility of the sin.

I saw his brother on TV last night and he passionately and vehemently denied any chance of his brother being a conspirator. He was very angry and invoked the Duke 3 as an example.
I have seen too many cases of “the thin blue line” clsoing ranks to cover their own asses to believe this charge unless some real evidence is presented.
The police blew it, a man is dead and they do not want to be seen as responsible.

I thank the Lord he did not take an innocent man, women, child or pet with him.....to HELL.
You are misimformed if there innocent man, women, child or pet with him, they would not reside in outter darkness with him they would be in paradise until resurrection day.
...but if he too is innocent he too will not reside there! I don't care how much you rail against a man who's situtaion neither you nor I truly have full details can give judgement.

All I can say is ole Kenneth here is gonna spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulder. Seems people acquainted with the charming Marjorie have a way of shuffling off this mortal coil at her hands. Wanted to kill her father too? Yeesh.
