Pretty picture but not a pretty site for those affected by this much rainfall. I have a brother that lives down NE of Austin and he said he couldn’t even walk in his back yard without bogging down to his ankle and he has a really nice grassed backyard. Too much rain can be as bad as not enough for sure.

Exactly. My son lives down SW of Houston and there is even too much rain for the rice planted down there.

Don’t know about the cotton. Can’t get the corn in till it stops raining! 70% chance of rain tomorrow and 70% Saturday.

The wild sunflowers are about 15’ tall down by the creek!

Must be those darn wind turbines in West Texas slowing down the global atmosphere!;^)

It’s just like the government to certify us as being “drought free” right after monsoon season is over. I don’t expect to see appreciable rainfall for another 2 months.

Per one weatherman it rained 23 days in June. Per my guessing it has rained 22 days in July.

My electric bill is grateful for all the cool weather, but I am going insane ~ ~ I NEED SUNSHINE!!!
