Yeah it can. I believe the Creator designed a marvelous universe that lead to the eventual evolution of Man.

I think one day we all will be surprised to learn how literal the Bible is. I believe God created man in his own image. To believe humans evolved from lesser beings is to believe humans are not the children of God.
