LOL, still putting up that canard eh? Don't you have something else to play with? Tell us, how does he vote on those issues (as if you didn't already know)? His duty is to present the earmarks to Congress, just as his duty is to vote against same said earmarks if it comes to a vote (which it usually doesn't).
