If 90F temperatures could bring down bridges, us folks in Texas and Arizona would have to depend on ferries.

However, of course, I never said 90F temperatures could bring down bridges. I said it could be one of many factors combining to make a catastrophe.

Texas and Arizona don’t experience -20 degree temperatures on an annual basis.
