This is a catastrophic systemic stuctural failure.
one section went down and brought down the rest fo the bridge. This is NOT supposed to happen. I dont get how a resurfacing project could do this.
Why is there a fire? Any idea?
I would speculate that something failed and the rest came down in cascade.
Someday a few years from now, National Geographic’s “Seconds from Disaster” will break it all down.
