Yea, that's just the Security Cam. THERE ARE MnDOT Traffic Cams on both sides of the Bridge that scan the trafic ON the Bridge.
It's there, we just gotta demand the release........

The CNN anchor just asked a field reporter (live report) if divers were taking down license plate numbers of submerged cars. The reporter didn't have a clue. The anchor didn't have a clue.
Yesterday, it was reported that divers were recording plate numbers. I wanted to scream at my TV, "Your morons!"
