Wonderful news and a victory for common sense! Leslie Southwick is being appointed (and now very likely confirmed) to the same court that ruled 8-7 in favor of allowing a Louisiana school board to have prayers. It’s clear we need more conservatives on this court that oversees deeply conservative states like Texas and Louisiana.
We have enough conservatives on the 5th circuit. We need more conservatives everywhere else.
