O'Reilly's logic is stupid.
The problem with Bill’s logic is the poisoning the well fallacy: Bob is a kitten-lover. Bob is a child-molester. Therefore all kitten-lovers are child-molesters. (Hyphenation is intentional to clarify the syllogism, of which there are 2^8, or 256, combinations, most fallacious.)
Well, I’m happy to report that I have kept my word and not watched his show since this whole thing started. I wish he would go off the air, he really needs to go. The very thought of his program makes me want to lose my lunch. I used to watch whenever I could. He should go take Couric’s job, that’s where he belongs, that’s what he wants.
