This is true. BUT, it is a certainly a slippery slope calling to make laws to police and remove so called hate sites. Who would decide???
Especially the way BOR seems to perceive what is or isn’t a ‘hate site’.
The crazy fairness doctrine is just that. Equal time=no time.

The UnFairness Doctrine provides for a government moderator to determine what is “fair”. Are you insinuating that FR is a haven for hate speech?
BTW, have you seen post #108? The flap concerning the UnFairness Doctrine has more to do with its odious intent than actual regulation... The intent is to destroy political opposition by silencing it, which is what O’Reilly has decided he would like to see.
