They’ll lose this case. Law schools across the country tried to battle this and lost. The protestors were particularly vile at NYU and Columbia, where they barracaded military recruiters off and prevented their classmates from pursuing job opportunities with the JAGs.
Frankly, if this is all it takes, I’m all for it.
