$100,000 will be awarded to the first person to prove, in a scientific manner, that humans are causing harmful global warming.
If the proof is to be both 100% certainty and based on science....then no one will ever claim the prize.

Statistical rejection or failure to reject the hypothesis. Presumably their is detail in the fine print w/r to the confidence level.
