My point is that when it comes to luxury cars, there are far better choices for whatever money you choose to spend. You can buy an Aston Martin from the 1960s and it looks sexier than a Delorean. A more comparable example for a modern car might be a Lexus Sports Coupe or a Corvette, which are far better looking than the Delorean which looks like it was made from leftover AMC parts. There are even less expensive cars that look better and perform better as well. The only thing the Delorean has going for it is a tie-in with some movies that were popular in the 1980s.
True even the old Bricklin looked better IMHO
