The Surry County property belonging to Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was put on the market and is already under contract to a buyer, according to Long & Foster real estate.
He may have agreed to sell it, but the forfeiture laws generally cover the proceeds of sales, so he isn’t off the hook. Now that he’s going to plead guilty, look for the Feds to put a lien on the proceeds of ther sale of the property.
