This is why Albanians are universally hated in the region and is what others call “rabbit breeding their way to power”. The idea is to ensconce themselves in some little corner of the other guy’s country, do their 10-kids-per-family thing for twenty or thirty years until they represent some sort of a local majority, and then try to break off the little corner of the other guy’s country into some sort of a “greater albania”. Use of terror tactics to drive others out of the little corners in question is SOP.
