Actually, JTN, your post, outlining Ron Paul’s interview with the Libertarian Reason Magazine doesn’t conclude what you think it does. By the way, why isn’t he running on the libertarian ticket?
From your post:
When asked by reason magazine, “The position of the Student Scholars is that 9/11 was executed by the U.S. government. Do you agree or disagree with that?” Paul responded, “I’d say there’s no evidence of that.”
He says there’s no evidence of that......
The answer should have been. How dare you suggest such a thing.
However, the fact remains that during a “9/11 was an inside job” rally, at least one Ron Paul supporter was present and holding a sign supporting him.
IOW, you just outed yourself as another one of those who wants to believe Congressman Paul is a truther, rather than someone who believes it on the evidence.
If you want a stronger statement on the subject, reread the post. It's there.
You'd think he would, wouldn't you, in order to maintain his "moral high ground" that his supporters seem to think he owns. But he's as motivated by the $$$ in politics as the next guy it seems. He could have at least presented himself as what he is and earned a modicum of respect from me for that.
