I`d forgot about that little matter of takeing that $800,000 of Tn Care money,but he`s still got that trial
comeing up.
Elated to see that Judge sock it to Ford today,justice
has been long in comeing to this embarresment to Tn. over the years.
It had to be the Feds,Tn would never have done this sting,too afraid of that Memphis crowd. imho
Actually Ford was protected by that Memphis crowd, he always managed to be tried in his own district. It was his in his favor to do so. You give him a trial in Nashville or especially Knoxville and he would have gotten slammed.
It wasn't a matter of the state fearing Ford, but completely the opposite, it was a matter of Ford fearing the rest of the state.
