His brother Emmett did time in federal a couple of decades ago.
My husband and I had that discussion last night. We lived in Memphis 1976-1986. My hubby thought that Ford would get out from serving any time — but I told him that I thought that time had passed, and I thought he would get jail time.
Pleasantly surprised that things have changed and justice prevailed.
He still has the Nashville trial to go through.
Did he ever account for the 800,000 or is that still pending?
