30 seconds to say what she will is still protected by free speech, even if it was a bit preachy. Whether she should have said it is different than whther she is allowed to say it.

I don't think anything she said violates the Establishment Clause, but then I have a rather different view of what that means than the Supreme Court. :-))

The only Constitutional issue I see is whether her Free Speech rights trump the school administrators right to set the rules for commencement speeches. The Court had that issue last term and the school won.
