Yes, I have definitely noticed it especially with W though I know that this never-ending war on terror (plus the unknown almost hits I'm sure that we have every day) ages him.
Another person who really aged in office was Jimmy Carter!
Not only did he change the side he parted his hair on, he really looked haggard and he was only in office 4 years!
