Were you in OC back when the City of Santa Ana hired image consultants? I think that was before they built the art village area and one Mex was quoted in the paper saying "THEY won't like it here. WE'RE loud. WE'RE Mexican."
In other news, I see LOTS of autos in my bumper-to-bumper hoodlet lately sporting license tag frames from dealerships in LaLa LaRazaville.
