Rudy sure fits a democrat profile!
IT is for the murder of unborn babies!
IT is a big gun control nut!
IT covered for the invaders in ITS city!
IT surrounded ITself with thugs!
Why does IT have an R by ITS name instead of a D?

Also hope to hear from the supporters of Con Small, that is, if their parents have left their computers unlocked.

Rue Dee Julie AnnieHow original to spell his name that way! And what an incisive comment on his policies!
I don't know why anyone bothers posting articles when we have brilliant vanities like this to analyze!

Can't think of a politician who would quite while they are leading in the national polls.
McCain ain't leaving as long as he polls over 10%.
Somebody needs to knock Rudi down into the 5% range before he will go.

Right now, Fred Thompson has my vote.
However, Gulliani should continue on until he is beaten fair and square (which I think will happen). Guilliani was a great major of New York, but I would not want him as President. He’s wrong on abortion, gun control, and immigration. I very much agree with his stance on foreign policy and anti-terrorism, but that is not enough to be president given the competition. We can do better, and will do so with Fred.
PS The name calling is juvenille, silly and not worthy of Free Republic, imho.

(Re: Headline) I’m not going to vote for Rudy with MY primary ballot, but you make yourself look childish — like a 2d grader — when you twist around someone’s name and apparently believe it’s funny or that it actually makes Giuliani look bad.
What makes Giuliani unacceptable are his stances on such things as amnesty, Gore-bal warming, abortion, etc.

I can think of a lot worse, much, much worse, who may be elected President. I just thank God he was the Mayor of New York when 9/11 transpired. Living on Long Island and knowing a person who died in the Towers, seeing my fellow Islanders cry at funerals for family lost, well, Rudy showed us tremendous character and leadership. While he was only Mayor of New York, those of us who live in the shadows of New York City, we took comfort and give him gratitude for his courage. He was a rock when we needed one. For that I will never show any disrespect for the man. I would not be disappointed if he was my President too.

I'm going to abide by the 11th Commandment. I don't like Rudy's political stances on many issues, nor his record on many issues. Starting with guns - which is where my analysis stops if my opinion and any candidate's aren't mostly in synch. I don't want him to get the nomination, nor do I think that he'll get it. I wouldn't mind, however, seeing him as Governor of NY, or as a NY Senator. Given the 3 people holding those offices now, he'd be a VAST improvement over any of them. Best of all, he's incredibly well known and generally well-liked in NYS, and he'd probably win in a cake-walk.
That, or Homeland Security in the Thompson Administration.
