Looking at the video, the drops kind of remind me when I put water in a bottle--with a push squirt cap--it comes out as drops when I tip it upside down, but have to squeeze it to make a stream.
OK, I just took one of those bottles and walked along my kitchen counter. It came out in large drops and streams. This was water, though. I bet it would be smaller drops and trickles with a thicker substance such as oil.

I cannot see how all those “drops” were made by a “squirt-can/bottle/?...

It’s hard for me to see this mess comin’ out of any kind of “squirt-bottle/can”,,,But that’s me,,,
I guess it could be that somebody did this on purpose,,,but,
I just don’t think so...JMHO of course...
