Yes, seasoned, floured, seared and browned first (onions and garlic) then baked in the oven with the mushroom soup. They are just about ready ... been in the oven, covered tightly (350) for almost 2 hrs. they need another 30 min. I like them to just fall off the bone! Just picked two tomatoes off the vine a Big Boy and a heirloom (Brandywine) and a cuke to slice for a salad. Rice for the gravey!
Nice big thunder storm just rolled in while I was typing this. We need the rain, but I lost my internet connection ... so this post will be later than I expected.
My mom made that stuff all the time! She did the whole thing on the stove, though. She had some awesome cookware....the kind you pay big bucks for now. She added mushrooms, sliced potatoes, and some spices.
