No, I think that part's real. It's amazing what the body can tolerate.

I obviously didn't make the picture, but I thought it appropriate to set the proper tone, seeing as CaptRon didn't post it with a "Barf Alert." I just had to retaliate at the prospect of having to tolerate that crooked thug Harry Reid, the Left Whale, Dick Dustbin, or that evil weasel Chuckie. It made me wanna hurl.
