You forgot all of the none traditional sources of income that Clinton opened up...renting out the Lincoln bedroom, selling pardons, etc. The possibilities are endless for an entrepreneur. 8)
The newest one is the best; Hsu borrowed $40 million from a former Woodstock guy for a Chinese enterprise, there was no business, clearly Hsu gave the loan money to Clinton et al and made Woodstock guy pay for it; now Lord H. owes favors to PRC and they didn’t pay a dime.
