I live in San Francisco and have actually met -- in a professional capacity -- Medea Benjamin, the wacko behind Global Exchange and Code Pink. Such people do exist, and they are 100% committed to their cause.
It would not be possible to parody Olbermann beyond what he does himself. His writing is hilariously bad!
