Exactly, In sports or war whenever someone is attacked there is a counter attack. With Bush he could have altered the phenominon known as “Bush-bashing” had he actually named names and went on the offensive against the loony left. His “I’ve got more important issues than these wackjobs” attitude is ok, but you have to have someone ie. Tony Snow at least start attacking the left back. We get a weak kneed response... Maybe they will see the error of their ways once a true Reaganesque conservative is in there, and isn’t afraid to put someone like a Nancy Pelosi in her place, and probably would have filed charges against her for her actions in Syria (aiding and abetting the enemy in a time of war)
I do too. I hadn't really thought about him much before. The guy who speaks up and tells the truth in a tough, straightforward way is they guy who's going to get my vote this time. I'm through with "sweetness and light" candidates. Thompson is not only right, he's smart.

IRONIC that our President that is taking the offensive on the ‘War on Terror’, but gives the left a pass every time they attack the GOP. Me too. I've held back on committing myself to a candidate for a couple of reasons. One being I am so totally SICK of the sugary coated, politically correct, poll driven, consultant written CRAP politicians from ALL parties spew. I want to know what a candidate actually BELIEVES on a subject..that's all. And it's OK if it's not exactly what I believe!
