***Wrong. The right to keep & BEAR arms is in the constitution. Every time I bring the discussion around to the removal of other constitutional rights, you sidestep.

I’m done here. I will not engage in a spitting contest with a snake. This is a constitutional forum, the issue at the title is a constitutional issue, and you’re arguing some idiotic semantics. Have fun on absolutists-R-us.com.

I see you dodged the question.

This is an issue of law. The constitution does not list all of our rights and just because a right is not listed does not mean it is less important. (See the 9th amendment)

Constitutional rights are not violated by application of property rights. Constitutional rights like the right to keep and bear arms and the freedom of speech or press does not grant you unfettered access to my property.

Don’t like my rules, stay off my land. Thems the rules, and thats the law.
